Most of life is spent busy — too busy to notice how much of it could be simpler, or better, or just less in the way. I’m interested in the everyday things people put up with without thinking about them, and in the people who decide not to. That’s the thread through the investing, the advising, and the building: making ordinary things better. The latest is a small app for iPhone, in private testing, to be published by Zehner, LLC (privacy policy).
Founded and built a commerce agency and sold it to Accenture Song.
For 15 years I’ve been close to how brands actually grow, across commerce, positioning, and platforms. Helped launch Haus Labs (Lady Gaga) and Outerknown (Kelly Slater), with work across brands like Fiji Water, Nécessaire, Pressed Juicery, and Boll & Branch.
Before commerce, worked closely with startups to design, build, and launch their apps and digital products.
